- CSCat StreibApr 16, 20261.0I would give a zero star if I could. This company commits fraud, and are liars. They will take your money, over charge your account, and never return your money. Always some excuse one after another. They will tell you your account is closed even give a confrimation number but willnot close your account. Instead lay wait with no deliveries giving a false sense that the account is closed, then 2 months later deliver 5 bottles of water, that I never ordered, then billed my card immediately after I called to tell them to pickup their water and they were not authorized to bill my card. I had no way to retract my card information in their files. Their invoice showed $64.78, but the charge that came through my bank was $74.78. Do not leave a card on file with them, pay only by delivery and be prepared for a fight to cancel your account. Even having 3 different conversations and confirmation numbers they still didnt close my account. They are racketeering. DO NOT DO BUSINEES WITH THIS COMPANY you will end up regretting it.
