- CHCourtney HaferOct 15, 20251.0We were using this company for our water delivery, noticed that our bill kept getting more expensive every time. Looked through our invoice and saw that we were getting charged for deliveries that did not happen. When you contact them for a credit and show proof that there was no delivery, they say that I should see a credit on our account in 24-72 hours. I have now requested the credit 6 different times with no credit in sight. They are a very dishonest company. DO NOT USE.

- TRTodd RMar 11, 20211.0Buyer beware! Normally one would expect a service being offered through Costco to feature excellent customer service. Mount Olympus is partnered with Costco to provide home delivery of bottled water. The only reason I signed up for it to begin with was I saw it advertised in e-mail sent by Costco. After creating a new account and paying for it, the delivery for the dispenser and water was set for one week later. I received email from Mt Olympus a day in advance indicating I needed to be ready for delivery the following day. I was ready for delivery, Mt Olympus was not because they never showed up or bothered trying to contact me to let me know they wouldn't be meeting the week in advance pre arranged delivery schedule. If you're interested in having bottled water delivered to your home in Boise, it's in your best interest to avoid Mt Olympus and choose a different service provider. Oh and BTW, I"m sure some canned and weak response indicating Mt Olympus apologizes for the inconvenience blah blah blah wil come for this review but it doesn't change the fact they aren't capable of meeting minimum expectations when it comes to being reliable or concerned about maintaining good relationships with their customers.
