  NOT THE LOCATION'S FAULT! Let me be clear on that. It's FedEx in general, I just have to have a specific location in order to make a review and this is where I shipped to package from. I will let you see the pics and get the gist of it, but basically I shipped something; it's been "en route" for over a month when the original shipping time was supposed to be about a week. It is almost impossible to speak to a real human being; all you get is automated directions, and then when you do use the automated routes, you get DENIED! I SHIPPED a package; FedEx has either lost it or something happened in Ohio. I filed a claim, and then they told me they denied my claim because I'm not the shipper!?!?!?! I jumped through all their hoops and still got denied and out the money on the shipping cost and items I shipped. FedEx makes it look like they will take care of you if something goes wrong, but that does NOT seem to be the case. UPS it is then...

  I have taken many print jobs to this place. Anytime I need help, they're so willing to help me like getting the sizing just right or whatever the issue may be. They also are always interested in what project I am doing. They have great customer service!

  Self serve copier wasn’t able to open zip files off of a flash drive. The woman working offered to print out documents. We paid for 4 sets ($125) and only received 1 set of the largest set of documents but were charged for them. I just won’t come back to this location as this is for a court hearing and needs to be done correctly the first time.
