Molly and AJ helped me ship my leather eye patches. I can’t thank them enough for their quality service and help :)

First time going into a UPS, just needed a label printed and box shipped. There is absolutely 0 customer service. They were rude, dismissive and disrespectful. One even laughed at me... which I am really not sure why. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I've gone to this location for a few years now. I go to return my Amazon packages and when I need copies of various things. Molly was a huge help today with printing off copies of my utilities and lease agreement. She is always very pleasant and nice. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed today!

VERY RUDE. Actually always very rude WOMEN. I was also in line and they took the person behind me because they knew them. That’s the first time, the second time they had issues about Amazon returns bc I had a large item that didn’t need a box and they were going to REJECT MY ITEM but then gaslit me that she’ll try to make it work and sighed so many times and made it seem like it was MY FAULT. And the manager is one of the RUDE PEOPLE. So I’d actually like to talk to corporate not the local “management”.

I go to UPS stores almost every day and I've gone to this particular store probably 50 times in the last couple of months. This is my favorite UPS store in the area! I never have to wait long in line and everyone is exceptionally kind and pleasant to talk to. You guys are wonderful!
