  I go to this place all the time, and everyone is just such a pleasure!! I will never understand the impatient people that talk bad about this place or the staff!! Always so Kind and Efficient. I love this place, especially Bella!

  I have been going to this location for several years now and I am always greeted with a smile. The owner, managers and employees are very kind and eager to help. They just added a new kiosk that makes Amazon return so much easier. I recommend this location if you want great customer service and just an overall good experience.

  Literally the most condescending and incompetent group of employees I’ve ever come in contact. There was a man there that didn’t speak English and they could not have been ruder. They made no effort to be helpful and their annoyance was so apparent. It’s not hard to show basic human decency. Also took 15 minutes and 3 attempts to print out a few pieces of paper for me. Absolutely ridiculous and pretty shameful individuals

  Always a great experience, Molly especially is so wonderful! She opened the door for me with my arms full and immediately helped me and also was kind enough to remove the stickers on my boxes so I could ship my stuff in them. She’s so sweet and definitely went above and beyond, thanks Molly!

  Molly, the store manager, was incredibly helpful. She has helped me in the past, and once again provided excellent customer service. Today, she made sure my fragile package was wrapped securely and carefully followed all of my shipping instructions. She was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help. Thank you, Molly!
