  “Could work as soon as today.” Well, that is definitely not the case! Nor is it work by the next day! Last night downloaded the required App filled out application submitted all documents for onboarding and app even displays that All steps are complete on my “to-do List” So ready to work right? No, the app does not allow me to take a job that is posted for the very next morning Because I still have to complete my on boarding. Jobstack app Is giving me two complete different statuses on my account. Now I Understand and can deal with some program/software issues which could be addressed in the office the next morning at 7 AM as online website says the office opens at. So like an eager motivated worker, I arrived to the office at 6:45 and it is now 7:27 AM and I am standing outside the doors of the yet to be opened office, no one answering the phone Or returning my voicemail. So how lovely and great It is to miss a whole day of work simply due to because this agency that specifically structures their whole mission around solely getting people working Return the phone call and don’t honor their own office hours. I find it beyond baffling that the peoples whose jobs it is to find good workers can’t even be at best an average employee themselves!

  Rude employee the one time I could get connected out of the 10 times I’ve called because surprise surprise it’s been 5 days and I still haven’t gotten paid. People Ready needs some people that’s ready to work and answer the phone. Insanity

  Company seriously needs to get a different person. Jen is beyond rude and unprofessional. She will call you, scream at you while giving nasty attitude and cancel jobs and put you on suspension. Hailey is amazing, but Jen? She needs a lot of training in building rapport and communication with potential employees. Even if you call and communicate with another person if she didn’t hear it from you she will call you, rip you a new one, cancel your job and suspend you. Oh and wrong information for jobs, get told a job starts at 7 am but the app changes it to 6:30 am without any follow up notice from people ready. We never had issues with this company when we lived in Utah, but out here? I will continue to use different companies for quick work when needed.

  It’s unfortunate when your website has one set of hours, and the door on your place of business has a different set of hours. It makes it difficult for people to come to your place and do business.
