  If I wouldn’t have slammed on my brakes, causing my kid to hit his head on the seat. One of your drivers would have killed us today. Extremely unacceptable considering he looked right at me before trying to cut into my lane. If anybody worth anything is reading this, please contact me. I’ve tried getting a hold of you guys. I have his plate number. I don’t want his job or anything, just talk to him.

  Package was supposed to arrive today (Friday) and all it said was out for delivery (with no estimated delivery window or time). Then it updated that they had missed me and apparently a signature was required even though it didn't say that (I was out on errands because I didn't know it needed a signature). Now it says they won't try again till Monday and that I'm not allowed to go pick it up at a FedEx facility unless I contact the shipper and get them to contact FedEx and tell them I can pick it up. I needed the package today.

  Always ,always a top notch FedEx Ship center on Capital BLVD Boise. A very clean parking lot to the Air ship envelopes always available, the easy to use Kiosk that is always working, ( The competing store on 17th and state St in Boise is so small that if you need to self print you have to share personal feet space with customers in line. UPS Kosk is out of order more than 50% of the time. That is attached to a register that will also be down and slow service to a halt ). Sorry to bring up a competitor but my point is....FedEx uses the utmost care, professionalism and efficiency with all visitors to the store !! Thank you FedEx on Capital. I have been a repeat visitor ( 2-3 days a week) because I am a notary public shipping mortgage documents. I will always choose FedEx for business documents and personal shipping. One last thing. Don't let the small parking lot scare you. This team is so efficient that the spaces open up quickly. Thank you FedEx on capital
