- JCJan CochranJun 30, 20263.0We moved to McCall 4 months ago. I was surprised to learn that we couldn’t get our mail or packages without paying for a post office box! Felt like my mail/pkgs were being held for ransom. But the worst part is having to deal with a rude employee!! I have tried to be kind back but my tongue is bleeding from biting it. This morning when I approached to get my goodies she started out with “Do you have a yellow slip?” in a voice that sounded like she was annoyed. I thought it would be 2 pkgs but she only brought out one. When I told her I thought there would be 2 she slammed the yellow ticket on the counter and said “just where does it show 2 boxes Ma’am?” I showed her the ticket and she scoffed then told me “those are the dates” like I was the stupidest person she ever met. I am new to how this system works so would it have been so hard to explain to me what the numbers mean? This is not the first time I have been “served” by her but I certainly hope it’s the last!

- EPEmily PrzybylaJul 20, 20221.0Ever since moving here we’ve had nothing but issues with the post office. Inconsistent with delivering packages. We live in the back of our business and they won’t deliver when we’re closed which is fine but when we went to talk about getting things delivered the older lady working there was very critical and losing her patience. We’ve dealt with losing packages, things not being delivered for a week after it says on my end that it’s been delivered. The lady behind the desk said I should be receiving a slip when they can’t deliver and I’ve told them several times that I have never received any slips. I’ve been met with such rudeness by the older blonde lady with glasses so many times, she interrupts and doesn’t even let me explain my situation. Never dealt with ruder people at the post office and the post office isn’t really known for their customer service in the first place.
