I was basically told it was lost forever because it kept bouncing from place to place and that I would probably never receive it. He ended up tracking it down and it was delivered to me quickly after that I greatly appreciate his help and kindness🙏🏼
- CWChris WilsonSep 12, 20265.0We recently mailed 3 packages from this post office going to 3 different cities. We had tracking on the packages and saw 2 of the packages arrived at their destination. The third tracked going to Boise and then back to Kuna. We waited a day to see if it left Kuna a second time and it still showed "processing" at Kuna. We went to the post office and was helped by Austin. He took the time to look for the package and returned a few minutes later with a printout. The information showed the package had been sent back to Boise and scanned there a second time. He explained why this happens and he assured us the package was in transit. We left and returned home. We realized one of our phones was left there. Austin had texted saying the phone was at the Post Office but I did not see the text. He also called me when I called our phone and he told me the phone was there. He went above and beyond to help us twice. Every time we go in there, even when they are extremely busy, we notice he is calm and collected and very helpful to everyone. Great job Austin. Keep up the great work. Kuna is blessed to have him working at this Post Office.

- SSStephanieJun 20, 20261.0The mail Carrier has to be the slowest person in the whole entire universe . I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take from 8 am to 3:00 to deliver a dang package. I could have gone to dang Utah faster. I will see if it even gets delivered by 3:00.
