- CCCaseyJun 24, 20261.0I put my mail on hold on two separate occasions. They are too stupid to figure that out and still delivered my mail to my mailbox.
- SSStephanieJun 20, 20261.0The mail Carrier has to be the slowest person in the whole entire universe . I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take from 8 am to 3:00 to deliver a dang package. I could have gone to dang Utah faster. I will see if it even gets delivered by 3:00.
- BRBrandon RJun 8, 20261.0I’ve lost count of the number of packages they have lost after I get a delivery notification email. You can’t report it for a few weeks online so basically you’re just screwed and whatever you paid for is lost and hopefully the company that sent it will report them or send another of whatever you ordered. Just this evening I “received”two delivery notifications but nothing in my mailbox so again I’m just out whatever I ordered now. Also, on numerous occasions I have a key in my mailbox for larger parcel box only to look down and see it swinging wide open with my package ready for anyone to walk off with because they didn’t lock it. I’ve wasted a lot of time tracking down my items and a few were never recovered, thankfully the company either sent another or reimbursed for most of them but this is unacceptable! UPDATE: 6/10/26 Yet another parcel box with packages that was not even close and locked swinging wide open with my packages visible to any walkers bye. For those of you that don’t know the parcel door should not be able to be open unless the key I’m holding is in the door and once turned it should be locked in the door unable to remove except by USPS with another key
