  Had legal copies made here, then drove 24 miles to find that the original document was missing. Called right then and explained the copier attendant hadn't returned originals. Was told I was mistaken and no original was left there. Driving back immediately, once there I explained the situation and was once again told I was mistaken. Saying that one paper was front and back and she had missed it, but she definitely had returned to original papers. I handed her the copies she made and told her to please show me the double sided paper. Shoving back the pile to me and repeating again she returned them and that I must have lost them. I explained that I wasn't leaving until they were found. She loudly said I was wrong and goodbye. As I told her that she was wrong, she reached on a shelf and handed me page one of original! Giving her an absolutely disgusted look, telling her wow...it's a magic trick, but that page 2 and 3 were still missing. She once again started embarrassing me by acting like I was still to blame! So again I tell her she's misplaced my original and I'm not leaving until they are found. She tells me that I have what I had left behind and I could leave. Honestly, I'm pretty calm...but this inexperienced, rude, condescending girl was about to hear a redheaded/Taurus use language inappropriate for public. Then....another girl, handed her my lost original from same shelf! That topped it. She snatched the paper from the other associate and threw it down in front of me, glaring at me while saying in sarcastic tone to have a nice day. Wow. Standing there waiting for an apology was pointless. I get in my car in absolutely disbelief and start putting the copies together just to find out she did only one side and had made double copies of other page...missing the legal signature page all together! Ridiculous. I'd rather have a root canal done 6 times with no meds, then ever go back there. ZERO RATING!

  I can understand when someone is not trained on how to use a hole punch. However, when that employee is rude to you because of their inability to do their job and walks away in the middle of a conversation, I find that to be totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
