- JEJosé Luis Salazar EspitiaAug 25, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable management. I came in for a spare PO Box key, and a clerk mistakenly sold me a key to someone else's box. When I brought it back, the manager actually admitted the employee was new and "didn't know any better", but then proceeded to accuse ME of fraud! She confiscated the key I had just paid for and outright refused a refund. I was lectured and insulted just to cover up her own staff's lack of training. I am filing a chargeback and reporting this location to USPS Consumer Affairs. Save yourself the headache and go to a different branch. Try the one Sun Valley instead. But to be honest, they probably will be happy to get less work. I was reading other reviews, it’s the same old red head lady causing problems as another reviewer stated.

One person working and 10 people gave him yellow cards I guess for packages and he’s in the back for god knows how long. Geez. Can’t afford one more worker??

I know this post office is very short staffed but the way they dismiss customers is underserved. Stewart needs a reality check and needs to be reprimanded for the way he talks/treats customers. If it was any other job, that person would be fired.

If I were as bad at my job as everyone here I would not have a job. Not to mention WHY ARE LOCALS PAYING FOR BOXES??? This is illegal and against code?

People understand delays due to lack of workers but dont continue to scan packages saying they are delivered when they actually aren't till days later.
