I prefer the Eagle Rock Post Office, but sometimes I have to pick things up here. They always seem angry about accepting my business.

This place is absolutely terrible. The only reason I gave it one star is because a couple of the clerks are at least pleasant. I have lost more packages that were delivered according to the shipping company. (And I'm told, "You need to contact the shipping company.") Well, I never had an issue receiving packages at my house. The lines are never less than 15 people (not that they control that), but there is no sense of urgency. The clerks retrieve mail from the back about as slow as possible. It's like it's NOT their job. I have a PO box here and literally, 5 out of 7 days, it is empty even though I'm expecting mail and packages. I just don't know what to do. I'm a captive audience and they seem to know I have no other option. I am looking into canceling the PO box and finding a different PO across town. Yes, it'll take me longer to get there but maybe I'll actually get my mail.
Additional information: 8/6/26 Another Amazon package missing. And I have not received a single piece of actual mail (even though I get emailed informed delivery that shows pieces of mail coming/delivered). They don’t care here. Not a bit. I’m so frustrated I could cry. I am absolutely at a loss on what to do.

Someone stole the money out of the birthday card we sent someone. Sketchy place, don’t mail here.
