- SHSteven Hardtoday5.0Katherine was an absolute pleasure to work with, the billing and account set up was a breeze and our final product was extremely niche and not very profitable, but we were not treated like a low value account, we were treated like valued customers. I will definitely solicit Alphagraphics services in the future and highly recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.
- JSJake and Karina Steiner3 days ago5.0Very kind customer service and reasonable prices for the work quality!
- SIShannon InamaSep 23, 20265.0AlphaGraphics was so great to work with and completed our project so fast!
- NRNick RomoSep 3, 20265.0These guys went above and beyond on the emblems for my Toyota truck. They did exactly what I wanted and made them look exactly like they came from the factory just black-and-white to match my truck. Cannot wait to see how good they do on the hood wrap and tailgate wrap. Would love to share photos, but it won’t let me
- BCBob ChambersAug 26, 20265.0I took the file for a book to Alphagraphics, and they printed it beautifully in a short period of time. During the process, we were able to communicate back and forth regarding any issues with the printing. I was very satisfied with the resulting product.
Frequently Asked Questions About AlphaGraphics Idaho Falls
Can you blow up a picture to print?
The answer isn't as simple as yes or no, but the answer is yes. The quality, however, would all depend on the resolution of your image. We print everything at 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your image resolution supports us enlarging it without losing quality then yes we can do it, and it will still look good. If your image resolution does not support enlarging the image and will look fuzzy then we will let you know that before we print to make sure you are ok with the low resolution result. If you are unsure if your resolution can support enlarging it for printing, please bring in the file or email it to us and tell us the desired size and we can let you know if your file supports enlarging it or not.
What file format do you prefer?
We prefer a PDF file but we can accept most other image file formats as well. PDF file format is meant for print and so that is why we prefer PDF. Other file formats might turn out differently than expected if we print from a file format different from a PDF.

You are welcome to wait in the store for it to get printed but depending on the current production load it may take longer than you are willing to wait. Do you do photo printing like Costco or Walgreens?
We do not use the same printing technology for smaller photo prints but we use a high quality printing technology that gives a similar look. On larger photo prints we would use the same technology as any other service that offers larger photo printing.
Do you guys print on fabric?
We do have the ability to print direct-to-garment for apparel. The other capabilities are printing to canvas to create canvas wraps.
If I need something designed, do you guys have templates (in store or online) that I can choose from?
We have templates in-store that we are happy to share with you. Pretty soon we will have an online system that will provide you with a number of templates for different products.
Do I need an appointment to talk to someone if I come into the store?
You do not need an appointment. You are welcome to stop by anytime. If you work with an account manager or a sales representative it would probably be good to set an appointment with them to make sure they are in the center for the meeting.
Do you have a Notary?
We do not have a notary. But we do have a variable die cutting machine. Not useful for getting documents notarized at all, but it is lots of fun to watch the robotic arm cut pretty much any shape out and mind-numbing speeds.
