- BRBradon RickettsSep 3, 20251.0Well, I hate to leave bad reviews but if I could give this “public service” zero stars I would. I am a truck driver and I live in homedale, may people have seen my semi sitting either on third street or in front of the subway. Every time I order something to my house it magically isn’t able to get delivered to my house. I don’t know what the problem is with the post office and their courier’s is but id like to know it because this is outrageous. And go figure I can’t get my packages because I’m never home when they’re open. That’s why I order them to my HOUSE. It is absolutely outrageous that everyone in this facility is incompetent to that point. And not to mention that you can’t call them directly without jumping thru 45 minutes of hoops to even then not receive an answer on where my packages are and why they show up”delivery attempted” because I have one package out of three that got delivered on the same order why aren’t the other two delivered. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I was inside filling a form out and a woman with big 80s blond dyed hair with heals and big sunglasses walked in and demands her package. Jade again who is filling in a new to homedale says. May I see your ID. The lady in a very snotty rude condescending voice says. Hell your doing that now?! Jade said we have always done that but I am new and don't know people in this town yet so I need to see the ID. The "lady" and I use the word lady loosely with this person cause no lady acts like that kept talking in a rude manor and calling Jade name's. Then Jade hands her her ID back and tells her she has no package. The "lady" says so if I come in tomorrow. Are you going to card me? Jade responded with yes it's possible. The lady called her a fruit cake and walked out. I tried to get a photo of this woman but she left to quickly. If she lives in this town I'm sure the description of this woman and they way she acted won't be hard to identify her. Jade deserve a raise she handled it in a very calm manner and stayed polite. People like that woman are unhappy in some portion of there life and will get what they give. If the lady is reading this grow up "lady"!

I have a package.They are supposed to depaper but They say it's too heavy And the mark it as attempted to deliver but couldn't even though they never tried to delivered just because they say it are too heavy. They shouldn't agree to deliver Packages that are too heavy. now I have to go to the Post Office to pick it up. They also won't bother to get out of their trucks to deliver your male if there's something within ten feet in your mailbox

- MMMelvadoMar 15, 20225.0I go every morning for my online business to drop off mail, every person that works here is awesome.... they are friendly, funny, and always willing to help out... any issues I've had in the past they have addressed quickly or pointed me in the correct direction for an answer... I literally don't even go to other USPS spots and I pass 5 on the daily going to and from my actual place of employment.....
