  I shipped a package to OKC from Hayden, ID. My cashier's name was Austin. This young man went above and beyond his duty to be honest, helpful and patient. He answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable in sending my package. He was humorous and kidding with us and seemed to love the work he was doing. We need more employees like him. Dawn

  I'm REALLY disappointed in the "service" here. My Mom sent my son a gift for his birthday. The shipping was so slow, it didn't arrive in time. Then we had to go out of town so I PAID for the "hold mail" type service that UPS offers. I went to pick it up this morning and was informed that they have a 7 day hold limit. We had only gotten back into town last night. They made no attempts to contact me first. There was no warning e-mail. It's a small enough operation that the clerk knew it had been returned to sender upon hearing my name. This is pretty subpar service. Especially considering I paid for the hold. The clerk at the counter was courteous, but cold about the whole matter.

  I took in a return to be mailed that said I did not need a package. It's said simply to take in a bag. When I got there I waited in a line until the young man with long dark hair told me that he needed to take the person behind me instead. When the lady came over to help me then she said that I needed a different kind of bag and I asked her if she could use the ones that they were already using and she said yes. Then the young man came back over and said no. I could purchase one of his envelopes and then that would be fine. I did not purchase anything that was rude of him. That lady that was helping me was a very nice lady. She was already wrapping other people's things in a clear plastic bag and she said she would do it for me. So I took my package and left. I won't be back and I'll be telling everybody how rude he is.

  We needed to get a quick notary and thought we’d give UPS a try. Glad we did. Very professional and only took a few minutes.
