How about you put a little money into upgrading your computers so they don't crash on a constant basis, making complications to me sending off packages. Or get package stickers like, "fragile" or "this side up" so my packages don't get damaged. Or here is an idea. GET MORE THAN ONE PERSON WORKING THE FRONT DESK. Line out the door and a 45 minute wait because there is one person working the front desk and she's having computer issues. I dread having to come here if I have anything else that needs to be done within a weeks time.

- JHJessica HarrisSep 24, 20261.0I scheduled for a package to get picked up because I have a newborn baby and they marked that the package was picked up when it was not. This is a very frustrating string of issues that I have had with this post office. Two days ago alone while my husband and I were on a walk with our daughter we saw the Courier tossing people’s packages on the ground in front of the mailboxes in our subdivision. The gals at the post office themselves are pretty awesome, the drivers on the other hand are not.
- AAAlixAug 24, 20265.0The staff here are always patient and helpful. Nobody should expect to get tape, or packaging for free. It’s also the government, they’re short staffed and doing their best! I appreciate their hard work and never have any issues here.
