- CMCindy MAug 12, 20262.0I'm disabled. There is only 1 handicapped parking space, it's not on level ground. The front door is either stairs or handicap ramp (it's steep). I wouldn't go to this location but it's my local PO :(

- RRRxTechAug 1, 20261.0Customer service is terrible, nobody else acts like they can help you at the front. Everytime I come here the line is out the door. Doesn't matter the time of day. They can't even provide a tiny piece of tape to close up a package but you can buy a whole roll for $3.99. Wild. Avoid if possible.

As a small-business owner, I have repeatedly experienced rude and unhelpful customer service. After raising concerns about ongoing issues, I feel that my business has been treated differently and retaliated against by the Postmaster and employees. Our community deserves professional, respectful, and consistent service from our local Post Office. We should not have to feel intimidated or mistreated simply for speaking up when there is a problem. If you have experienced similar issues, I encourage you to document your experiences and file your own complaint with the appropriate postal authorities or contact Senator Risch’s office. Nothing will change unless our community comes together, speaks up, and makes our concerns heard. We deserve better.
