- JRJames ReynoldsApr 28, 20261.0Absolutely the slowest post office I've ever been in. They had one person work in the counter. I know she rang the bell three times for someone to come help. When that person finally showed up, they helped one person, then disappeared. That's not good customer service. No wonder the United States Postal Service is failing.

They Unsuccessfully tried to retrieve the package. They say they're going to call you back about the situation and they don't. I am glad I don't live in this town because they completely failed. The word sorry doesn't mean anything to me when you completely fall short. This is their job.

In our almost year experience with the Caldwell one has been absolutely terrible. You might as well try UPS or go to Nampa unless you want to deal with rude, unresponsive, non caring, confused and ignorant people. Postmaster is worthless. It has been HELL with these people. thanks a lot for ur terrible customer service Caldwell.
