- BVBailee VandeheyAug 12, 20261.0Messed up my return by refusing to take it after printing the label. After I reboxed it they couldn’t get the label to work and refused it again. I’ve never had worse service at any UPS.

I stopped by to drop off a pre‑labeled package containing Nespresso pods, but the employees declined to accept it because the outside of the bag was damp. They considered it a potential hazard and weren’t able to place it in a new bag or offer any alternative solutions. I understand safety policies, but I would have appreciated a bit more guidance or support in figuring out how to resolve the situation.
