Do not go here, absolutely the worst customer care you can find. If you love wasting time, getting told they can’t help, and leaving in a terrible mood…then by all means, this is the place for you. Got there at opening, fourth in line. Out of four people 3 walked out cussing and mad. The garbages were overflowing and the place looked very dirty. They clearly didn’t clean at all the night before. I had no where to put my trash and had to put it in my pocket. On top of that, at the end of my transaction the cashier reached over and rated my transaction for me as a “positive” experience when it certainly wasn’t. I wanted to mark it as negative and he took that away from me too. They know they are terrible and they act like it straight to your face. Go to Cole or Five Mile, never go here.

It took 20 minutes for one customer in front of me to mail one package. The clerk kept saying "I'm not sure why it went let me do that" over and over and kept asking the guy to redo paperwork. When it was finally my turn I tried to just go as fast as I could because the line had grown to 10 people. I wouldn't even bother leaving a review but while I was being processed a review screen came up and the clerk reached over there counter and hit the "happy" button. I asked why he pressed the button for me and he said "no one looks as these anyhow" boo.

WORST post office in Boise, try to avoid if you can. The printers have been down the last two days, no one can figure out printers here?? I waited in line for 20 minutes before someone finally said the printers were down and it wasn’t an employee. Not to mention every other time I’ve been here the old woman that works here (Betty I think, based off a previous review) is the most awful unpleasant worker. Why is someone so miserable and mean allowed to work a customer facing job?? Stick her in the back if she’s going to act like every customer is a bother. Also there’s always a long line and none of the employees here ever see any urgency. One or two people will be at the registers if you’re lucky and the others will just be hanging around despite seeing the line reach the back of the room. USPS please hire competent friendly workers that know how to fix printers!!
