- RHRuss hafer5 days ago2.0It's the new DMV. 1 cashier for the 10 people in line. Always 1 person in front asking for the impossible. 45min to get a package that needed a signature. I was the 3rd person in line.

Angela has been the most helpfull delivery agent we have ever had, i wanted to call and give her praise directly to her managment but getting ahold of someone at the post office is just about as easy as you would imagine. I cannot say enough how we appreciate her, she deserves a raise. Thank you.

I drove all the way there just to drop off a small return package, only to be told by the rude lady that I needed to tape my box. When I politely asked if I could borrow a small piece of tape, I was told I had to buy an entire roll. It’s surprising and disheartening that a basic courtesy—providing a single piece of tape—was refused. I didn’t tape the box beforehand because I assumed they might need to scan the barcode inside, and I expected a little guidance or flexibility. Instead, I was unable to complete my return and ended up wasting my trip. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of kindness and customer service over something so simple. Experiences like this make it very difficult to rely on this location for future mailing needs.
