- CCChaseSNJun 23, 20261.0Worst experience I've ever had with any customer service ever. The first time i went in, the lady told me that she would look up where my package was since it was missing. She told me that it was in the truck and en route for that day (2 days late already). The package never came. The next day I came in and the same lady was there. She told me that she could not help me and she didn't have any other info than I did (apparently she did the day before when she ran the scan) but she looked for me. She then came back and said it wasn't there and i should file a report (I already had). Her coworker (who was very polite) assisted me and ran the report where she told me it was now a missent package and went to the wrong office 3 days ago. This proved to me that the other lady was just lying to get me out, I do not appreciate being lied to, and in any other job, when you blatantly lie to someone who is being very polite, you get fired. She was snippy with others when i was in there and she is terrible at her job and doesn't deserve it. Give the other lady twice the pay or get someone new, i don't care, just not her.
