- BSBaleigh Santiago5 days ago1.0The lady working at the counter was very unhelpful and reached over to the pin pad to put the smiley face before we were able to give our honest opinion. We came in and had to print our shipping label and all she said was we need a qr code. Since we didn’t have a qr code, we didn’t know what to do, but luckily another customer told us we can easily print the label at the library and bring it back to the post office. Unsure why a random costumer is more helpful than the lady working the front counter. She also had us tape the label ourselves while she watched us do it? Very strange service and felt like she wanted to be anywhere but there. The lady at the library also told us this happens a lot because the people at the post office aren’t helpful.

Now it's just full of rude staff who act like they would rather be anywhere in the world but at work. Why do we even have the USPS anymore?
