Neat. *Update: was sent to corporate where they can't help me because the item was never scanned in. Have been told to "call corporate" too many times to count. I was just in there and another lady was trying to talk to a manager about a missing item and was told to "call corporate". Seems to be a theme of a lack of accountability and willingness to help the customer.

I’ve been coming here forever and they’ve always treated me with respect and taking the time to make sure the door is open and help me with packages and this last time this guy named Jessie helped me stuff a huge bunch of pieces into a box to return to Amazon. I couldn’t do it myself, and it was too heavy. He helped without hesitation!
