  The experience with UPS itself is nothing to write home about as you'd expect, however im never shipping or dealing with this specific location again, the staff has no clue where my shipment is and a wall would have given me better answers. Im taking my business to FedEx.

  I trusted this UPS Store to handle an international shipment correctly, and instead it turned into one mistake after another. Anna filled out the customs paperwork incorrectly by putting multiple items on a single line, which led to my package being rejected and returned. When I called the store for an update, the manager (Matt) pulled up the wrong shipment and confidently assured me everything was on track. He wasn't even looking at my package. I relied on that information and, because I was misled, I missed the opportunity to correct the issue before the package was sent back. When I called again, the store told me they would contact corporate and get it figured out. They came back with no answers, told me it wasn't their problem but customs', and instructed me to call corporate myself. That's when I finally learned the real reason my package was being returned and that the customs paperwork had been completed incorrectly from the start. By then, it was too late to fix it. This wasn't bad luck or an isolated mistake. It was a pattern of avoidable errors, misinformation, and a complete lack of competence from start to finish. At no point did it seem like anyone handling my shipment actually understood what they were doing. I paid for professional service and got the exact opposite. I've filed a complaint with UPS and requested a refund. Customers shouldn't have to lose time, money, and the chance to resolve a problem because the people they're trusting with their shipment repeatedly get it wrong.

  UPS stores are so easy for Amazon returns. Parking at this location isn't always easy. Small lot that dead ends so at high traffic times the lot in front of the store can be crowded.

  Called to ask a question and someone who I could barely understand just hung up on me and on top of that just sounded rude and bothered that I called. Great customer service 😂😂 this store sucks

  This particular location has an amazing team! Sarah and her crew are so helpful, kind, efficient and work great together. I just want to thank them for all their hard work and being so kind even when the line is to the door. And a particular shout out to Winston! This young man consistently delivers top notch service with a smile.
