  I have never been so happy with a Mail service company that has so much to offer at one place. I stopped in about a week ago to drop off a few packages. I was greeted and so impressed with the level of service that this particular branch has. I went back again today and Moo, was the person who helped me the first time last week. She is beyond friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. It’s hard to find that nowadays. I wouldn’t care if I lived 30 minutes away, I would still go to this location because the service is impeccable. Thank you, Moo For your contagious smile that would brighten up anybodies day. 😀

  I Would like to express the excellent job, Bryan and his staff did! It was a wonderful packing job of some family heirlooms going from Idaho to Georgia. They arrived safe and sound memories continue at a new location. His staff were very professional and courteous. I certainly will use this UPS store in the future Paula

  This store recently packed an antique cash register and an antique wall phone and sent it to me here outside of Atlanta. It took me about 10 minutes to unpack each one, but I have to say these guys packed both those items with AMAZING care. I was VERY impressed with their attention to detail. I very much appreciate their work and care. You don't see that kind of devotion so often these days. I highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs- especially when you're shipping items you care about.

  I cannot thank Bryan and the team at the Boise, ID. Overland Rd. UPS Store enough. They securely packaged and shipped two heavy but extremely fragile high-value antiques from Boise, ID to near Atlanta, Georgia. They took the time and effort to pack both with respect and care so they would arrive safe and not damaged. The end result was they arrived on time in pristine condition. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone needing expert packing for fragile high-value items. Thank you for a job well done!!!

  We needed to copy a lot of 2 sided documents. When we entered the store, they were quite busy. All the associates were busy with other customers. Warren saw us standing by the copy machine and came right over asking us if we needed help. He showed us how to make the 2 sided copies, then told us to come to the register when we were done. We got to the register and I asked about a coupon I had seen on my phone. He processed the coupon and we were done! Warren had a smile on his face the entire time. He was a very pleasant young man and very helpful. Management should give this young man a raise! Thank you Warren! .
