After several attempts at getting one of the four women’s attention I finally was directed to the Amazon return area. I put the boxes on the counter and waited for the employee to help me. She grabbed the scanner and asked me to bring one box closer because she didn’t want to move an extra foot. I said I really can’t. I recently had shoulder surgery and had hurt myself bringing these boxes in as I hadn’t realized how heavy they are. She rolled her eyes at me and said “oookaaaaayyyyy”. Unacceptable. I called her on it and told her rolling her eyes at a customer is unacceptable. She started to argue with me, as if I didn’t watch her just do. Immature and inappropriate. Will not be coming back again.

- RRRApr 24, 20261.0Went to the store for some office supplies asked about one specific item that they did not carry in the store, the employee didn’t even offer to help find it. He just said we don’t carry that in the store. most places would’ve offered to order it in or have some kind of solution he offered done so I put all my supplies back and went to a different store.
