What format do art files need to be in?
We prefer vector files, such as AI (Adobe Illustrator) files, as they maintain the best quality for printing and embroidery. Our second choice would be a jpeg or png (with NO BACKGROUND). If you’re unsure about file formats, our team is happy to guide you through the process.
Is it better to order products through you
Absolutely! Our relationships with suppliers allow us to offer merchandise and decoration at an all-inclusive price that’s more cost-effective for our customers. When you purchase goods at retail price and add decoration, you often end up paying significantly more. By ordering directly through us, you’ll save time AND money.
Do you have order minimums?
No, we don’t have minimums! Whether you need a single item or a large batch, we can work with your wish list to make sure it’s feasible for both of us.
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks or less, depending on the size and complexity of your order. Need it sooner? Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders.
Is there a set-up fee?
For first-time embroidery orders, we do have a set-up fee to digitize your design for embroidery machines. For screen printing, we strive to avoid set-up fees whenever possible.
Can I provide my own apparel or items for decoration?
Yes, we can decorate your provided items. However, we recommend ordering through us for the best results and overall cost savings, as we have tested relationships with suppliers and know which products perform well.
What types of products can you decorate?
We offer a wide range of items, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, polos, uniforms, corporate gifts, promotional products, and more. If you’re unsure if something can be printed or embroidered, just ask—we’ll find a solution for you!
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes, we do! Our in-house design team can help bring your ideas to life or work with you to refine an existing concept. We offer personalized design services to make sure your products turn out exactly as you envision them.
