- MBMark BarkerMay 19, 20262.0I tried four times to place the order online but the system wouldn’t process my card. Had to call the local store and ultimately email the print files to the store. This cost me an additional ~$70 in "manual" fees which is difficult for a small nonprofit to absorb. They did not staple one of the documents as requested requiring us to do so manually. I wound up paying the printing fee and the additional $70 with the same card that was rejected by the online system. So overall, rather expensive and disappointing.
