- MBMark Barker1 day ago2.0I tried four times to place the order online but the system wouldn’t process my card. Had to call the local store and ultimately email the print files to the store. This cost me an additional ~$70 in "manual" fees which is difficult for a small nonprofit to absorb. They did not staple one of the documents as requested requiring us to do so manually. I wound up paying the printing fee and the additional $70 with the same card that was rejected by the online system. So overall, rather expensive and disappointing.

He flat out said no, so I asked if he was seriously leaving that second and couldn’t spare a minute, and he just repeated that they close at 7:00 like I didn’t understand basic English. It honestly would have taken no time at all, especially with a huge event downtown and traffic being a nightmare just to get there. What happened to even a little flexibility with customer service? He acted like I was about to keep him there all night.
