As a graphic designer over the years, I’ve always been able to count on using Kinko’s computers for Photoshop edits or last-minute layout changes. When I went in today, I had logged in and wasted $3 initially because I logged in under the wrong application format (without photoshop) So I log in Again and it requires you to choose the time in which you need for $.75 a minute. So I’m working as fast as I can but it doesn’t allow me to add more time to my computer session, logs me out and deletes everything I just did. $15 wasted. And not to mention my time. I can’t call it anything other than robbery. It’s the simplest program setting to allow for customers to add time to their session, and yet they steal our money, so dishonest. obviously no one knows how fast they can or cannot make edits in their designs. How’s the jaw this setting.

FedEx do better with customer service!!!!
