Unfortunately the new guy, who said his name is Zac but I don't know if thats true since I don't trust him one bit, is awful. He was rude in general and told me they won't accept my cash payment today and go to another post office. What has made me write this review however is what happened after. I was getting my mail out of my PO box and hear him totally talking badly about me, when Im still there! What kind of employee talks crap about a customer when they can clearly hear them? And saying "nothing is free"? What are you even talking about? I wanted to pay and you wouldn't let me. So even your smack talking doesn't make sense. The final straw was when I called him out on it and instead of apologizing he said I should leave a review, so thats exactly what I am doing. I dont know if our post office is just really desperate for workers, but that kid has no business being in the customer service industry if he doesn't understand basic respect towards customers.

We moved to Bellevue and have had nothing but negative experiences, mainly with one employee. The older lady that is either a manager or PM. She’s nothing but rude, short, and snippy with myself and my husband EVERY-TIME we’ve been there. Zero customer service and you are clearly a burden to her. Today, my husband rode his bike to get the mail, but because he didn’t have his key on him (it’s on his truck ring) she wouldn’t give him our mail. Whatever, I’m sure that’s policy even though she sees us every other day! She’s just a mean, hateful, unhappy lady.
