  Always bad energy in this place. Supposed to be open at 8:00 on Fridays and at 9:45 door is locked, no sign or any explanation. I dread having to go to this store but because of how conveniently located it is, I really have no choice. Edit: owner says "This past Friday was a holiday, and the store was closed, which affected normal operating hours." So does that mean the store simply opened later? Because I called back at 11:30 and they were open. No adjustment to online hours or sign on the door indicating modified hours.

  Why does this store always say open when it’s actually closed ???? This has happened multiple times already. So frustrating with this

  There yesterday at 9 AM. Closed. Had to drive up to University along with 3 other people who arrived to find it closed. 2 WEEKS AGO, THEY WERE CLOSED AT 2:30 FOR LUNCH. I will just drive up to University from now on. Need new management at this location.

  This location lists as open until 5:00 p.m. on Sundays both online and when you call and listen to their voicemail. I arrived at 4:45 and the business was closed.

  I ask you all to leave your drop offs and a designated place where I won't step on them and possibly destroy a customer's repairs. The older bald gentleman with the UV glasses leaves them where I will either trip on them or a customer will step on them almost every time it's like it's personal for him. Or you all will leave packages outside of my store when I'm not there where I can easily be stolen. There's a young man that you guys send in the afternoon he is awesome. He's very kind, and the best representation of your store I have seen.
