- DJDavid JoinerJun 22, 20261.0They refused to make a shipping label for me under emergency circumstances for a very important agricultural plant diagnosis that needed to be sent overnight to a lab in North Carolina. The girl working there said “our rule is we don’t make shipping labels 5 minutes before we close.” She didn’t even try. Sad that people are so ignorant that they won’t even try to accommodate a customer’s needs. I’ll be going to a different UPS store for future shipments, I’ll also be encouraging my 200,000+ followers on social to do the same. Bad businesses need to go out of business
