I live on the western edge of Iowa. On 9/21/2026 I had some paperwork from the state capital that needed to be shipped to Mexico. Since there isn't a DHL office where I live I decided to do it from this office. Unfortunatly DHL was experiencing an outage with their software. The person at the office was Jessica and she was great. She kept working on the problem but it was out of her hands. Finally we left the package and our information with her and started our drive home. Jessica called us on the way home and finished our transaction. Everything worked out great.

I just want to give a big thank you to the lady who helped me at the post office today. 🤎 She was so kind, patient, and helpful while I was dropping off all of my weekend orders. I had quite a few packages, and she made the whole process so easy and smooth. I really appreciate the great customer service and the kindness she showed me today. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely takes the time to help. Thank you so much!
