  WORST UPS Experience I have ever had and I use UPS stores throughout the country weekly. If I could give this store a zero star rating, I would. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone! I called this store and finally got someone to pick up after I had tried to call and email them for two months (after originally confirming they would pick up and pack my order). I told the young man on the phone about the situation — that I had been trying to get a response on an email order for two months. I explained that I had sent another email on June 17 and still received no reply, even after I had approved pickup and the auction house had also approved pickup. He replied, "Have you been charged for it?" I said no. He then said, "Then what's the issue?" I explained that I had approved and requested auction pickup and packing for two months, and that I was unable to get a reply by phone or email. He said, "We are the only location in the area, so we are very busy," and told me that the person above him handles these orders and he would have to check on it. I asked if he could check while I waited, since it had already been so long. He was clearly annoyed. I tried to explain that I wasn't concerned about being charged, but rather that it was taking two months to do something they had agreed to do, with no accountability, no apology, and no response at all. I then asked to speak to the manager, to which he said he was the manager. I asked for his name, which he refused to give me and told me I am not entitled to that information. Throughout the entire call, he kept trying to get off the phone and said, "We'll get you a callback." I asked, "Will the callback be today?" He said, "We'll have to see." I then asked for the owner's name and contact information, to which he replied, "You are not entitled to that information." He then questioned why I didn't trust that he would relay the information, and asked why I needed to speak to the owner instead. I explained that I wanted to speak to the owner because he was extremely unprofessional and rude. He replied, "You are too," and hung up on me. Following that call, I received an email with no contact information stating that "it's in their best interest to not do business with me." I have no idea how this place is still in business if this is how they treat inquiring customers, but I wanted everyone to know. No apology for their lack of response, zero professional attitude, and completely argumentative throughout. I am genuinely in shock at the lack of professionalism and tone. I will be notifying corporate UPS.

  Logan & other staff are courteous & accommodating, despite customers who require patience. I've witnessed this consistently.

  Usually pretty busy, but their self service station is wonderful you can scan your QR code and drop it in the box instead of waiting in line. Very efficient.
