  They were always very accommodating with helping us with a-frames and lamination! A little bit of a wait for help, but they may just need added staff! Thank you guys!

  I recently visited in order to drop off an Amazon return, and I found the process to be relatively simple and straightforward. It seemed like most of the customers in the store were also In line for the same mission. The store itself was clean and orderly, although it was different seeing a post security guard at the entrance as well as bars behind the windows at the entrance. I did not have a chance to sample the things that the store actually sells this time, but I may come back some other day.

  Customer service has dropped significantly. I use to get such good assistance. Not today. I had a smug lady not busy and definitely not helpful. I'll be going elsewhere.

  After a detailed Demonstration from the sales lady I drove to 30 miles one way to My husband opened the box to take it out and plug it in and set it up for me, and the printer that was in the box was not even the printer that I purchased. I put it back in the car and drove all the way back to return it. Was previously very kind and very nice was now very rude. Very disrespectful. I said there’s nothing she could do about it. She could not return it. Obviously it’s used in dirty and I said Is why I am returning it because it is not the product I purchased. It is not covered by Visa guaranteed because I paid cash for it and she was very disrespectful. Kept looking me up and down as if I stole from the store as she knows I didn’t. She was the sales lady. I tried to contact corporate, and their phone line is not working and none of the extensions work I will never shop at the store again don’t waste your time to waste your money. The customer service is horrible and you will be true like a thief!

  I’ve tried to buy a new office chair on two separate occasions and every time they have a posted sale price and when you get to register it rings up normal price. They are also in such a hurry that they hope you don’t realize you are not getting a discount. When you call them out they say they forgot to take the sign down . Shop Staples for a bait and switch experience at the consumers dollar
