Ok I called to ask a simple question today and the store manager in Waterloo Iowa, Brooke, was very nasty. I'm polite, very unprofessional to me, she hung up twice on me. After saying I was yelling at her, she would not let me say one word. She is very ride and is not professional and I'm taking this all the way to corporate, FYI, just want her to answer me on needing to download a paper and print it out, she would not let me speak at all, a fact, I'm a great person but she is the manager and should not speak to customers like she just did, very upsetting, would not let me ask my question, only to sayore than welcome to use our service, but not letting my ask, can I use a printer to download a document, before I travel to get there. I would never step foot in this staple store ever fyi, and I use staples slot, but never did I get a rude store manager that needs to be more competent and more compassionate to a professional customer, beware of Brooke in Waterloo, cuz corporate will take care of her, I'm sure if not karma and God will, poor service, unbelievable, I'm in shock over her rude tone and hanging up on me 2x, she should be fired immediately!!!!
