  Bad service , they return my package to China without any call or any message , I went to the DHL office and no one help and I called one of the managers and she said she can’t help. Also, they keep take very expensive taxes while USA stopped these kind of taxes ( their broker fees very high and they think the people are stupidly) , DHL your job to bring the package and finish the import documents not take more money for your regular job

  Worse service. I was expecting my order from Victoria secret, some nice sleep wear to enjoy my vacation but the delivery guy or female place the wrong lockers keys in my mailbox and when I received notification that my mail has arrived I checked there were a very small box in the locker iam sure my package is in someone else box and delivered man place the keys in the neighbor mailbox. This is the second time this has happened.

  Terrible phone service, online never gives accurate info, nobody answers the phone at express and of course its not open on monday when its supposed to be. I have no idea where my package is.

  Worst services always gets delayed and no service on the weekend. Even though our packages arrive at our location we don’t have option to pick it up on weekend. I am not planning to use this in future.

  Dhl employees are very helpful, the only thing I recommend is don’t bring your items wrapped or taped perfectly because they have to inspect it so it can get sent out!!
