- KNKatelyn NelsonJul 24, 20261.0Destroyed my Etsy order, charged $110 shipping, and left me $140 short while 30 weeks pregnant I am beyond disgusted with USPS. I paid $110 just to ship a delicate package for my Etsy business. Not only did they completely destroy the item, but their "standard insurance" only covers $100. Because of their sheer negligence, I am out $140 on an item that sold for $130. To make matters worse, I am 30 weeks pregnant and dealing with the stress of their terrible customer service and lack of accountability. They took my money, smashed my product, and hid behind policy loopholes to avoid paying for the actual value of what they broke. If you run a small business, do not trust them. They will ruin your items, pocket your expensive shipping fees, and leave you holding the bag. Absolutely pathetic service.
