- CCCuc CareMay 2, 20261.0I dont know what the usps is doing here in sioux city but its now the worst ive ever seen it. Mail wont come for 3 days or more at a time. Packages sent to the wrong places. 4 or 5 different carriers in a week. How can it get this bad so quickly? It was fine just last year. Whatever it is you are doing you need to fix it quick. You have about a 1 in 3 chance of them losing your mail

For this location in particular, why in the world would you put "walk-in available 1:30pm-2:30pm" on your website, if it's actually entirely subjective availability and up to the discretion of some useless government "agent" at the facility. Complete waste of time. The agent was even 15 minutes late for someone else that was waiting in line with me for their own appointment. Horrible service. Waste of space. Waste of taxpayer money funding this broken agency and slow, incompetent employees.
