How do yall only have one person working at any given time. Always a line out the door and one singular person trying to make everything happen. Never been in there for less than 45min.

You cant get these people to deliver packages on time. Its excuse after excuse. Leave the package and ill go get it. This is ridiculous. Every package that comes through usps never arrives on time. Period. Not even close. Horrible.

No show from the workers for our child’s passport appointment. Both my wife and I had to take off work on a Monday morning for this.

My package was checked and said in Cherokee and was out for delivery. The next thing I knew it was sent to Sioux City. I don't know why this was. What a mess.

As an eBay seller who drops off packages containing items being sold, today around 9:15 AM this day after Memorial Day, I used the self-check out to drop off two packages containing items recently sold this Memorial Day weekend. After dropping off the first package with some articles of clothing in a padded envelope, the package became jammed on the crevices of the chute and didn't go through. I then took out my phone to call twice to avoid having to wait in line, but nobody picked up and I was greeted by this automated "voice mailbox is full" excuse, which shows their customer service skills need improving, not to mention using their short on help thing as an excuse. I then went to join the line to drop off the second package that's in a cardboard box. I was there for almost a half hour with this ridiculous wait in line, including the one lady who was two parties ahead of me who was holding up the line and the only person available to help was gone for about five minutes. Having a dropped off package jammed in the chute is an invitation to thieves, and to add insult to injury, there are no cameras to catch any possible thieves for any packages left unattended and jammed in the chute. Also, being short on staff is not a good excuse to delay help for anything urgent. Worse, what was in the package could have gotten damaged if the buyer were to receive the item they paid for, even though I do my best as a seller to pack items with care so they're the least likely to get damaged while in transit. Please fix your drop-off chute so nothing bad ever happens again. I know they have a sign that says "USPS Packages Only" and says not to drop "Large Envelopes", but no proper explanation on what should vs should not be dropped into the self-service chute after using the kiosk.
