Called the store asking about a truck delivery update, the guy cut me off and interrupted me rudely saying they do not track the trucks. Great information to share, however, learn to have some customer service skills and don’t be rude about it.

UPS lost a package of mine, and their policy is that the store needs to file a claim. This is the store I mailed it from. The employee I spoke to over the phone (after calling in for over an hour during operating hours) said it might be another day or two before they got to it, and I shared that I thought it was important to process quickly so it might be found more easily. Nevertheless, she said it still might be a couple of days. However, I did get an email saying my claim was received later that day... but eight days later I learned they began to file a claim but didn't actually fill it out so it eventually timed out as "closed" in the system. When I called in to tell them about this, they said they don't deal with lost packages at all and gave me a wrong UPS number to call. I've shipped many times before with them and it's always gone right in the past and I've been happy with the service. If anything goes wrong, though, this store is obstructively unhelpful.
