We too had a horrible customer service experience at the local staples in Sioux City. We also had a return from Amazon and the girls scanned the item and we never got a receipt and she didn’t ask us if we wanted a receipt said we were good to go ““. So he laughed and then we realized that we never got a confirmation email from Amazon saying that the item was returned and it was in transit like we have had for countless times in the past at other places. After about two hours, realizing we were not getting our Amazon return receipt, we called Amazon and they said that Staples needed to update their scan of the item that we returned. So then we called the Staples manager at the store and she was rude and condescending saying that returns always take 30 days to process. We knew this was incorrect and so we hung up with her and went back to the store for the third time and got a girl in the back by the printing, who looked into the problem on her computer and realized there was some kind of an error made, and she fixed it so then after she fixed it on the computer, it took about 4 to 5 minutes and we got the confirmation email from Amazon saying that the return was in transit and our refund was going to be processed. We also like the other reviewer on Google will never go back to this staples ever again and highly recommend anyone that needs to do an Amazon return. Do yourself a favor and go to UPS or FedEx up on Hamilton. Thank you.
