The man I talked to about a problem I was having with a change of address was very helpful and even went out of his way to speak to the carrier of that route. My problem was solved quickly and efficiently.

These hours of operation make it impossible for working people to come in and do business. IMPOSSIBLE. And you wonder why people have stopped using USPS.
