- BBBriAug 15, 20262.0I had a package pickup scheduled for today and it says completed but my packages are still here. Ridiculous. Do your job and stop being lazy or quit! I’m assuming this is the same lady that set fragile packages (big boxes) 3 on top of each other teeter tottering nearly ready to fall off my porch within the last week.. (they were not fully on my porch) I use to live in newton previously as well and I know that was the same woman because I saw her, that was suppose to pick up a package when I lived at an apartment here and it was on camera that she picked it up, yet it was never scanned in and I lost out on money from a sale due to whatever she did with it. Ridiculous. She shouldn’t still be employed with USPS.

They lost my medical insurance and bills that were supposed to come in on a Monday. At first, I felt as if the new clerk was a little snobby. Wouldn't do a Thoroughly search for my mail until I suggested that she does. It took her less than a minute to walk to the back to check and to come back. Then proceeded to tell me that I was looking at my mail notification wrong and to wait 14 days for me to come back. I don't have 14 days, I have things to do. I just know that now I either see the lady who has been working there for the longest or if she's not there I just won't do any more business until the vet comes back.
