I went out this morning to get my mail and somehow they've done something to my box and I can't get it open. Customer service and Mount pleasant Iowa post office the Total joke. Someone needs to come in straighten this office out it's completely out of control

- KRKevin RossMar 30, 20263.0Mediocre at best. Daily mail is usually delivered on time. However, I have had 3 packages lost this year already. I have 2 packages that were damaged and we're insured. I went to my local post office to file a claim, the postmaster told me that I would have to go to a larger post office. That office told me that I have to file the claim online. Got the very extensive report filed (you need to send them proof of everything. Nothing. No communication back from them what so ever. I was out my $250.
