  In February, I paid a substantial amount to get a large package overnight shipped. The store forgot to include my package on the truck and the shipment was delayed 2 days. When I called to ask about it, they told me I would get a refund. The refund never came through. I’ve called and emailed the store several times since but I have never received a response, a call back, and no one picks up the phone. I have also visited the store on multiple occasions and the staff always claims they can’t do anything and they have to reach out to their management.

  On multiple occasions the store isn't open in the morning hours as advertised. Like until 10-11 AM on weekdays.

  The store is supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. and oftentimes, the man that opens it, sleeps in. This is the second time in the last 30 days this has happened. I generally show up around 9:30 to use their service and it is disappointing to see that it is not opened.

  Store hours say it opens at 9. Sat in the lot from 9-920. Store still not open. Seems like a regular issue with this place. At least 7 customers stopped and left. You’re losing business with unreliable employees. Not good for a locally owned store!

  Store hours posted as 9:00a-7:00p (Tuesday)- I’m here at 9:40a, along with about 4 other cars… the door is locked and no one around.
