  I have been calling this Branch for three straight days trying to get help uploading identification paperwork. I finally took the time to drive all the way to Johnston, As soon as I walk in, I’m patient, I have a seat as the lady asked. And then I proceeded to listen to her take a private phone call for 15 minutes. When she finally got off the phone, she tells me I don’t have an appointment and then I need to call and make an appointment. She was too busy to help me, apparently, even though I walked in and was in her actual presence. I told her I tried calling she gave me an excuse about how she was the only one in the building all week and then was short, cold, and unempathetic to the fact, I just drove 45 minutes to get help finishing applying for a job.
