Have to make a long distance call to talk to them. today they say no one is available....I'm missing mail again, a bill this time....mail is often put in neighbor's mail box.....so tired of lost mail and checks

- MMMariaApr 24, 20152.0I won't say that every employee is rude at the post office, but there is definitely a few who need to learn customer service, after going through a tragic experience I would like to think that changing my address temporarily wouldn't be so difficult. Someone literally handed me a packet of papers and then just sent me on my way....she did not explain to me what was in it or that I could have filled out the paper and given it right back to her. Customer service goes a LONG way people! Get it together. If you hate your job that much, maybe you should find a different profession.
