First, the building is very dark. If you have trouble in low light, don't go in there. The clerk is very friendly, polite, professional, and cramped. The clerk's working area is small and looks more like a prison mailroom than anything else. The clerk's is the only reason for the extra star. I paid for the "quickest way to get an envelope package sent to Florida," and over a week later, it has yet to be delivered. This package greatly affects my ability to complete anything due to its contents. USPS is not only broken they negativity affect those they service. The worst thing is that there is no recorse but to take it. The Office of the Inspector General doesn't even cover this issue, so if this happens to you, I tried to warn you. Use FedEx if you need something delivered on time.
