  The print team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, polite. 10/10 would recommend!!

  Horribly filthy, staff is nice enough but act like they’re being put out sometimes. And the store hours say 9am online but the door says 10am. Someone needs to retrain this entire staff and team and if this is a franchise, this store should be reclaimed.

  I have been a rewards member add Staples for many years it's always my first choice when I'm shopping for the best price. In addition they are on Amazon return center. I find that very convenient.

  Hi, I had to make a dress return today and I thought today Monday May 25th around 2:20-2:30pm would be a good time, wasn’t busy and just had to drop it off. I had a very unpleasant experience today with a worker named Kacey who was doing the returns. I walked up to the counter and said “Hi” as she was taping up a box, and I got nothing in response to that and a little bit later she came to the counter and just stood there looking at me so I said “Hi, I just have to make a return” and she replied rudely with “we don’t ship packages in the original packing” and I said okay if you have another bag or box I can put it in I can do that”… I had all my stuff pulled up on my phone when I had walked into the store but by the time she needed my label to scan it had gone away so I was trying to pull it up quick and the employee just looked pissed off at the world, I was apologizing and she was just still looking so angry. So I got it pulled up and she whips the scanner and cord over and gets a bag to package it in, throws it down harshly , packages it and throws the package in the box in the corner and then proceeds to whip the scanner and cord again over to the box and gets it scanned. When she asked me if I would like a receipt, and I said yes, she seemed annoyed and said “it’ll print out in a minute” so I’m standing there waiting and it finally prints out and she basically throws it at me. I just took it and said “thank you, have a nice day” and again nothing in response. I just felt like I was a burden and all I wanted to do was just return a package quick. If you don’t like to interact with people and be in customer service, find a job that you don’t have to talk to people if something like this bothers you so much!
