    I would have given a higher rating as I have always had a good experience but today, I didnt have the greatest experience with the employee who was serving customers. I dont return items often but dont remember ever having a bad experience. I dont mind not receiving a greeting but when I came up to the counter she immediately raised her voice and had a snippy tone saying if you return items you need to ensure its ready to go otherwise we will charge you. It wasn't what she said it was how she said it. I responded politely and said I will pay the additional charge and left it alone. It just stuck with me because you all have a sign that says let us help you pack and ship your items. I imagine alot of customers come needing to purchase items to ship their items. I had it boxed up just didnt have tape to seal the top. I was willing to pay for the convenience but she automatically treated me like I wasn't going to pay or that I was being penalized for not having my boxed taped. After looking through the reviews this sounds on trend for this location. For my next shipment, I will go to another location with better service.

    wanted to charge me $4 for a swipe of tape and they were rude about it. this place is a joke and so is the lady running it.

    Literally every time I go to ship something there is an issue. Paid to have them package stuff and it’s always damaged. They want to charge $4 to tape a label to the box and have a sign hidden near the back that they point to explaining all this. Horrible location, avoid it if you can. If I could give 0 stars I would.
