  The staff can never just help me package it how I ask. Two different ladies here have done this a few different times and I always tell them I'm fine with paying for tape and whatever else to make the package look nice, since my items aren't returns- I have a small business and ship things sometimes. The staff just always insist on putting the label on the easiest, laziest way even when it looks sloppy and unprofessional and I'm telling them that's not how i want it packaged. They just do it anyways with a rude attitude even when i ask if we can tape it and make it look a little nicer. If you want it done right you just have to do it yourself I guess 😭 Also be advised, this location raised its price recently for printing one page to $4

  Came to return some large items. Amazon shipped my order in two separate boxes and only sent one return label. Nick was very helpful and professional in helping me obtain my second label needed to complete my return. I appreciate is help and great attitude during a frustrating situation.

  Quick and helpful service, easy in and out of store. Located in multiple locations nearby so shipping doesn't take all day.

  I’m not tech knowledgeable and “Liz” at the UPS store on Beaverdale helped me and walked me thru things on my phone my sons usually do for me, Not to mention she was awesome at helping two customers at the same time! “Thank you Liz”

  I just recd such excellent service from Liz the manager at the Beaver store in Des Moines. You have a powerful piece of lady power in her. She went beyond the call of duty. Would you acknowledge her in some way. She deserves it.
