  Mike at the Fleur location in Des Moines went above and beyond! I told him my box was only half full but it was all I had, and he helped me cut it down to half the size, saving me $20 in shipping! Unfortunately, I haven’t received the same level of customer service from some of the other employees at this location, which made Mike stand out even more. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared. I really appreciate you, Mike!

  UPS staff Ankush at this store was very knowledgeable of the capabilities of the UPS tracking and provided call center options for specific requests. Was very helpful with printing my label and shipping my package.

  Worse customer service ever! I had a return from Amazon and it said customer will package item. The item was in its original box, no writing or anything on it. Just a plain brown box, the employee insisted that I have to put the item in another box and I kept telling the employee why as the box is plain. He stated because it was in the original box and he couldn’t take it unless it was in another box and I could purchase a box there. Absolutely not, called Amazon and they are going to pick it up from my house now! Would never recommend going there, rude, don’t help!

  Super quick on my Amazon return eveb though it came via fed ex was unable to locate a fed ex location on the Southside so went here they scanned my phone taped up my package and I was out the door, super simple. Ease of parking at that location and 2 people working which meant zero wait.
