  Employee 259879 was so friendly, helpful, and mostly patient with me. Being a senior citizen and this being the first time I sent a package with UPS I kept needing help. Your employee went up and above to assist me and was happy to help. Appreciated she spent extra time to help. Good customer service is hard to find. Lucky for UPS you have a keeper an employee that does her job and loves doing it.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  The ups website gives a range of $.10-.15 per page for plain paper B/W copies. This location charges $.30 per page. Make sure you find out how much they’re going to overcharge you before agreeing to anything.

  My small business mails out 200-300 packages a month, and over the past few months 1 out of every 5 packages shipped through UPS ground saver has either gotten stolen, lost, or who knows at this point. Will be making it a point to never utilize UPS for my business or personal shipping needs. Also bizarre that it always seems to be the packages valued over $100 that go “missing” never items values at $30-$40. Spent two hours on the phone with UPS and they are useless. Happy to say that our business has received excellent service whenever we’ve used USPS Ground Advantage.

  I had great service yesterday. I had a 10AM appointment I made the earliest to get fingerprints. I wanted to get them done asap for my new job, but had to be to work at 10AM at my current job. So, I just went in when they opened at 8AM and explained I have at 10:30AM so 10AM didn't work. They just said to come back at 9AM which was perfectly fine with me. I came back after 9AM and got the fingerprints done. It did not take that long. Thanks for accommodating me!

  Mike at the Fleur location in Des Moines went above and beyond! I told him my box was only half full but it was all I had, and he helped me cut it down to half the size, saving me $20 in shipping! Unfortunately, I haven’t received the same level of customer service from some of the other employees at this location, which made Mike stand out even more. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared. I really appreciate you, Mike!
