  We had an exercise bike scheduled to be delivered on Monday, February 5. I took the day off work for the delivery, that morning we got an email stating that delivery now is set up for Friday morning February 9, which means I had to take another day off. My wife received a voicemail from RX. Oh, the morning of the fifth, although it did not go to her phone until around noon. Zero compensation for me taking two days off. The two gentlemen that did the delivery were very professional, although they did not open all the boxes and take the cardboard with them, that would’ve been helpful.

  I don't normally leave review but my goodness.. I have NEVER had such a TERRIBLE experience with a delivery service. I have been waiting for a simple bed frame that I have yet to be delivered. I have been re-scheduled 5 times in the last 9 days. The first time it was supposed to be delivered they said they could not deliver because "consumer was not home" or "business closed". First off, it's my home and I was home the entire time. No one showed up, no one knocked, no one called (which they claim they will do 30 minutes before they arrive), nothing. I have cameras too so I know they didn't even attempt to show up. So disappointing. Then, they re-schedule. Re-schedule. Re-schedule. Talking to someone on the phone is a nightmare. They clearly don't know what they're doing and give you a new date for delivery and tell you they will call the day before with a time window. Constantly re-scheduled. I was re-scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday. Now I've been scheduled out 9 days later. No one said anything. No notice, no email, no text, no call, nothing. A NIGHTMARE. I just want my things. Beyond sad.

  The people who deliver the products are great, only reason for two stars. First time I had something delivered from XPO. The delivery was misplaced and finally arrived weeks after the original date. No big it was stuff for a remodel that wasn't needed right away I didn't bother to rate them. Today I was supposed to get a washer and dryer window was 9a-1p called them at 5. And I was told I was the next delivery and they were running late. Would've been good to know so I could've been at work today. I asked to make sure it was still going to arrive today, and was told it was. Here it is at 7pm and still nothing... Still no updates or anything... Guess I should've left my old ones hooked up... A simple text or email to update would've been nice.
