- PSPamela SApr 20, 20261.0Why do you guys send a package that was supposed to be delivered today back to Omaha NE Distributions center when it was supposed to be delivered today. This gets old. Back during Christmas I had a package that took a month all because the 3 times it was at this post office it would go back to Omaha then to Kansas then to Omaha, than Council bluffs and the repeat 3 more times. I don't understand how you could scan something. And see that it's supposed to be delivered in council buffs and be like, oh let's throw this on this truck. It makes no sense. When I need to send something important, I'm gonna look somewhere else. Cause I don't trust you guys not to lose something.
- SBShawn BarkerJan 13, 20261.0Recieved a redeliver notice in my mailbox in-between junk mail, the first attempt to deliver was NOT attempted as I was home & no one knocked or rang the doorbell. I called with redeliver notice in hand with an article number needed to identify mail. She looked it up at said that number doesn't exist in their system then asked if I was expecting mail...🤷♀️ regardless if I was expecting mail or not something existed enough to have been "attempted" to deliver then she followed up with well you can pick it up at your post office tomorrow...🤔 but she had just said the article number I had given her didn't exist so how am I going to pick up something if it doesn't exist. Make it make sense!!
