- CAChris AndersonAug 31, 20261.0Thieves. I had prepaid postage AND Insurance for silver coins in a bubble mailer a few months ago. Of course the line was long because there's only one slow person working the counter so I stupidly put the package into the outgoing slot in the wall. The recipient said he never received the package checking tracking, it showed the post office never received it. "Travis" with Council Bluffs USPS told me "good luck" in trying to start a claim because there's no record of them receiving the package. I was livid. USPS website gives errors and is a joke. If I EVER walk into Council Bluffs post office again, I will stand in line for 45 minutes just to get a receipt. And I will record the entire interaction, for whatever it's worth. My advice, don't use USPS or at least get a receipt from these thieves.

- PSPamela SApr 20, 20261.0Why do you guys send a package that was supposed to be delivered today back to Omaha NE Distributions center when it was supposed to be delivered today. This gets old. Back during Christmas I had a package that took a month all because the 3 times it was at this post office it would go back to Omaha then to Kansas then to Omaha, than Council bluffs and the repeat 3 more times. I don't understand how you could scan something. And see that it's supposed to be delivered in council buffs and be like, oh let's throw this on this truck. It makes no sense. When I need to send something important, I'm gonna look somewhere else. Cause I don't trust you guys not to lose something.
